Crumbl Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter for inside and decoration

Instructions

  • Cream sugar and butter.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract.
  • Add dry ingredients and do not over-mix.
  • Using a cookie scoop, form cookie balls.
  • Put 1 tsp of peanut butter inside of the cookies.
  • Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are light brown.
  • Decorate cookies piping peanut butter on them.
