Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Roll the pie crusts out on a floured surface and cut into circles, 3-4 each crust - place the circles on the lined baking sheet
In a small dish whisk the egg - set aside
In a saucepan over medium high heat combine berries, ⅔ cup sugar, lemon juice & zest, and cornstarch
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often and smashing the berries slightly as you stir
Place 1 tablespoon each of berry filling and cream cheese on one side of each dough circle
Brush egg around the outer edge, fold over to a half circle shape, and seal the outer edge with a fork
Brush egg over the top and sprinkle with sugar
Bake for 20-25 minutes
