Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl use hand mixer and cream together butter and raw sugar
Add eggs, vanilla extract and oil. Mix well
Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon until well combined
5 Using a 1/3 measuring cup, scoop cookie mix and roll into a ball. Flatten the cookie dough slightly Place 6 cookie balls on a lined cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
In small bowl, combine raw sugar, cinnamon and melted butter
Once mixture is mixed thoroughly press 1/2 tbsp of the mixture on to the top of each cookie
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the cookie tray.
While the cookies are cooking you can start to make the frosting
Combine butter and cream cheese until smooth
Add the powdered sugar slowly to mix in to the cream cheese
Add vanilla, continue to mix well
Add a tablespoon of almond milk.
Transfer frosting into a zip lock bag and cut the end
Pipe a swirl on the top of the cookie, allow some space in between the swirl so that you can see the raw sugar.
