Crumbl Smores Cookie Recipe
Sweet smores flavors in a big fun crumbl style cookie
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 8-10 marshmallows
- 1/2 cup blended chocolate crackers
- 1 pinch of salt
For decoration;
- melted white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add 1 egg.
- Add dry ingredients and do not over-mix.
- Using a cookie scoop, form cookie balls.
- Bake for 10-12 mins.
- Top with marshmallows and with a blowtorch burn the top of the marshmallows.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
