Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 large egg
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
• 8-10 marshmallows
• 1/2 cup blended chocolate crackers
• 1 pinch of salt

For decoration;

• melted white chocolate

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
• Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
• In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
• Add 1 egg.
• Add dry ingredients and do not over-mix.
• Using a cookie scoop, form cookie balls.
• Bake for 10-12 mins.
• Top with marshmallows and with a blowtorch burn the top of the marshmallows.
• Drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
