Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 8 oz container whipped topping thawed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a small bowl.
  • Add the graham cracker crumbs and 1 tbsp sugar. Stir until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and ¾ cup sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the whipped topping and beat just until combined.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  • Gently press the chocolate chips into the filling to help them stick.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the cheesecake to set.
