Frozen Banana Sundae Protein Clusters

- 2 large or 3 medium bananas
- 2 cups Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt or flavor of choice
- 1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed
- Caramel Sauce
- Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
Peel and slice the bananas.
Add the bananas, Greek yogurt, and flax seeds to a mixing bowl.
Stir everything together until well combined.
On a wax or parchment paper lined plate, add dollops of the mixture making sure to get a few bananas into each spoonful.
Top with a drizzle of caramel sauce and dash of salt if desired..
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until hardened.
Once frozen place into an airtight container or Zip-lock bag and store in the freezer.
Enjoy frozen when desired.
