Ingredients

  • 2 large or 3 medium bananas
  • 2 cups Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt or flavor of choice
  • 1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Sea Salt or Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the bananas.
  • Add the bananas, Greek yogurt, and flax seeds to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir everything together until well combined.
  • On a wax or parchment paper lined plate, add dollops of the mixture making sure to get a few bananas into each spoonful.
  • Top with a drizzle of caramel sauce and dash of salt if desired..
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until hardened.
  • Once frozen place into an airtight container or Zip-lock bag and store in the freezer.
  • Enjoy frozen when desired.
