- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey (or any other sweetener of choice)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners and set aside.
Melt the dark chocolate chips plus coconut oil in a medium microwave-safe bowl for 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, until fully melted.
Add 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate to the bottom of each liner.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter and honey, until mixed well. You can also add in a pinch of salt in the mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
Freeze for 5 minutes.
Cover the peanut butter layer with the melted chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to set.
Top them off with a pinch of sea salt!
