Marshmallow Smores Pops

- 10 extra large marshmallows (or 12 large)
- 4 honey graham crackers - crumbled
- ½ c semi sweet chocolate chips - melted
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 10 pretzel sticks
Place graham crackers in a plastic ziplock bag.
Using a rolling pin or plastic cup roll over the graham crackers until they are crumbles. You can also use a food processor to accomplish this.
Pour crumbles into a bowl.
In a microwave safe dish pour chocolate chips and oil. Cook for 30 seconds, stir.
Cook for an additional 30 seconds and stir. Continue in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted, be careful not to burn it. Set aside.
Place 1 pretzel stick into the top of all the marshmallows.
Take 1 marshmallow one by one and dip them into the melted chocolate. Allow a few seconds for excess to drip off.
Dip the chocolate portion of the marshmallow into the graham cracker crumbles.
Place marshmallows on wax paper while they set, this should only take a minute or two.
