Marshmallow Smores Pops

Ingredients

  • 10 extra large marshmallows (or 12 large)
  • 4 honey graham crackers - crumbled
  • ½ c semi sweet chocolate chips - melted
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 10 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  • Place graham crackers in a plastic ziplock bag.
  • Using a rolling pin or plastic cup roll over the graham crackers until they are crumbles. You can also use a food processor to accomplish this.
  • Pour crumbles into a bowl.
  • In a microwave safe dish pour chocolate chips and oil. Cook for 30 seconds, stir.
  • Cook for an additional 30 seconds and stir. Continue in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted, be careful not to burn it. Set aside.
  • Place 1 pretzel stick into the top of all the marshmallows.
  • Take 1 marshmallow one by one and dip them into the melted chocolate. Allow a few seconds for excess to drip off.
  • Dip the chocolate portion of the marshmallow into the graham cracker crumbles.
  • Place marshmallows on wax paper while they set, this should only take a minute or two.
