Marshmallow Smores Pops
Ingredients
- 10 extra large marshmallows (or 12 large)
- 4 honey graham crackers – crumbled
- ½ c semi sweet chocolate chips – melted
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 10 pretzel sticks
Instructions
- Place graham crackers in a plastic ziplock bag.
- Using a rolling pin or plastic cup roll over the graham crackers until they are crumbles. You can also use a food processor to accomplish this.
- Pour crumbles into a bowl.
- In a microwave safe dish pour chocolate chips and oil. Cook for 30 seconds, stir.
- Cook for an additional 30 seconds and stir. Continue in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted, be careful not to burn it. Set aside.
- Place 1 pretzel stick into the top of all the marshmallows.
- Take 1 marshmallow one by one and dip them into the melted chocolate. Allow a few seconds for excess to drip off.
- Dip the chocolate portion of the marshmallow into the graham cracker crumbles.
- Place marshmallows on wax paper while they set, this should only take a minute or two.
