Smores Cookie Recipe

- ½ cup softened butter
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 TBS baking powder
- 1 ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, mix butter and raw sugar until well incorporated.
Add egg and mix until well incorporated
Mix in flour and baking powder. It will look too dry, just keep mixing until well incorporated.
Fold in marshmallows and both chocolate chips. You may need to use your hands to get everything well mixed.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop even cookie rounds on your prepared cookie tray and bake for 12 min.
