Smores chocolate chip cookies
Smores Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 TBS baking powder
- 1 ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, mix butter and sugars until well incorporated.
- Add egg and mix until well incorporated
- Mix in flour and baking powder. It will look too dry, just keep mixing until well incorporated.
- Fold in marshmallows and both chocolate chips. You may need to use your hands to get everything well mixed.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop even cookie rounds on your prepared cookie tray and bake for 12 min.
*If the smores cookies spread out too much just use a spatula while hot to push the cookie sides in and round the cookies. They will mound up just like you want.
