- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/3 cup Organic Honey
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt, Greek
In a medium-sized bowl whisk well the wet ingredients.
Add in Chia Seeds. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight).
Cut the green ends off and finely chop the strawberries.
Layer the chia pudding and strawberries among your cups.
