Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/3 cup Organic Honey
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, Greek

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl whisk well the wet ingredients.
  • Add in Chia Seeds. Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight).
  • Cut the green ends off and finely chop the strawberries. 
  • Layer the chia pudding and strawberries among your cups.
