Cookie dough bites are balls of cookie dough that require no baking! Made with no raw eggs and no raw flour, these cookie dough balls are secretly healthy. How insane is that?

I do believe that healthy snacks in between meals are so convenient, and if they are so quick to make as these bad boys, life couldn’t be better. Made with dark chocolate chips, honey, almond flour, coconut oil, and creamy peanut butter, these Cookie Dough Balls are the perfect snack idea before workouts, between meals or as a quick sweet treat.

When I was a kid, I couldn’t imagine that there will be times when you can safely eat raw cookie dough in a form of a snack! Taste-wise, they are sweet and with bites of dark chocolate chips (my all-time favorite!) Texture-wise, they are soft, chewy, and slightly doughy! Literally – a cake ball in your mouth without any guilt or shame.

The best part – these No Bake Cookie Dough Bites are healthy – rich in protein and fiber, healthy fats! These easy cookie dough bites contain all the healthy stuff you need to boost your energy and satisfy your hunger throughout the day. As for someone who works from home and sometimes forgets to eat, this is the perfect treat for me to still get in those good nutrients in a form of a sweet snack. Amazing!

They Are Filling: Just one bite can make you not crave for more, they are rich in healthy fats and fiber, and will keep you full for longer.

Rich In Fiber And Healthy Fats: They’re so clean and filled with only good, healthy fats and fiber from peanut butter, almond flour, no crappy add-ins, only good, healthy stuff!

Easy to Customize: For these sweet treat bites you can use ingredients that you prefer – change up sweeteners, mix in different nut flours, add in chocolate-peanut butter, you name it! You can also switch honey to maple syrup if you want a  vegan version of these cookie dough bites.

Ingredients for Healthy No Bake Cookie Dough Bites

The ingredients for this easy & delicious healthy cookie dough bites recipe couldn’t be easier! All you will need

Creamy Peanut Butter: this is one of the bases for the dough recipe, you can also use crunchy peanut butter, if you prefer.

Coconut Oil: This ingredient makes the consistency gooey and chewy.

Dark Chocolate Chips: We used 100% dark chocolate chips as for a healthier option, you can also use milk chocolate chips or white chocolate chips, as you prefer!

Almond Flour: This is the second base for the edible cookie dough recipe, this can be substituted with oat flour or coconut flour.

Honey: This can be substituted with agave or maple syrup for a vegan cookie dough bites recipe, we used honey, and it is so good for your gut health!

How to Make No Bake Cookie Dough Bites

This no bake cookie dough bites recipe is so extremely easy to make! Anyone can easily do it. Here’s how it goes:

  • Mix every ingredient together in a mixing bowl.  Make sure to combine well them all together.
  • If the mixture is too wet to roll into balls, chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Ideally, all the ingredients should be hard enough right away, but if it’s not, don’t hesitate to put them into the fridge.
  • Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer. If you want to put them into the freezer, make sure to defrost for a few minutes before eating.

How to Store Raw Snacks?

In the fridge: Store any leftover cookie dough bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

In the freezer: You can also easily store raw snacks in the freezer and defrost them 1 hour before eating them.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together. Make sure to mix them well.
  • Chill the dough in freezer for 30 minutes, if too wet.

    I am so glad to have found this recipe. My daughter loves cookie dough and I am not very comfortable using raw plain flour. The almond flower and no sugar makes it a perfect after school treat.
