Dark Chocolate Chips: We used 100% dark chocolate chips as for a healthier option, you can also use milk chocolate chips or white chocolate chips, as you prefer!
Almond Flour: This is the second base for the edible cookie dough recipe, this can be substituted with oat flour or coconut flour.
Honey: This can be substituted with agave or maple syrup for a vegan cookie dough bites recipe, we used honey, and it is so good for your gut health!

How to Make No Bake Cookie Dough Bites
This no bake cookie dough bites recipe is so extremely easy to make! Anyone can easily do it. Here’s how it goes:
- Mix every ingredient together in a mixing bowl. Make sure to combine well them all together.
- If the mixture is too wet to roll into balls, chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Ideally, all the ingredients should be hard enough right away, but if it’s not, don’t hesitate to put them into the fridge.
- Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer. If you want to put them into the freezer, make sure to defrost for a few minutes before eating.

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
