Chocolate Walnut Loaf

Since the recipe uses Bisquick, it makes the recipe fast and easy. There are nutrients in the zucchini that your family won’t even notice, and the recipe makes two loaves. So you can serve one and freeze one! What could be better?

We all know the garden can put out an overwhelming amount of zucchini all at once. And making breads and cakes is a great way to use it. Your family is getting zucchini in their diet, but it’s in a way that’s pleasing to the palate for everyone!

You can mix up the flavors too! Once you get the hang of this chocolate zucchini bread, you can mix it up with some other flavors such as bananas, cinnamon, and more! Just use your imagination. You’ll come up with as many great combos as we have.
