Healthy Chocolate Blueberry Clusters
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 1 pint blueberries approximately 2 cups
- 1 Tablespoon flakey sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
- Place the dark chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second bursts, stirring well in between each reheating.
- Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the blueberries until fully coated.
- Scoop 1/4 cup clusters of the chocolate-coated blueberries onto the lined baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle each chocolate-coated blueberry cluster with a bit of sea salt.
- Allow the chocolate to set completely before storing in an airtight container.
