Mini Blueberry Galettes
Ingredients
- 1 Pint Fresh Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 1 Egg
- 1 package premade pastry dough
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- mint for garnish
Instructions
- Mix blueberries with sugar, corn starch, zest and lemon juice.
- Roll out the dough, cut out circles.
- Put the filling in the center.
- Overlap the edges
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes
