Think of the gooey decadence of a crunch wrap but in dessert form! This S’mores crunchwrap will have you dreaming of the next time you can make this smores dessert. And it’s super easy!
This ooey gooey dessert is loaded with everything that makes s’mores delightful. Melty, chocolatey, warm, with the extra kick of cinnamon sugar crunch on the outside. Comfort food fall dessert for sure! Mmmmmmm.
You might think the tortilla is enough and you don’t need the crackers, but that surprise crunch inside is where it’s at! So satisfying! And it’s a great way to use up a few leftover marshmallows from a bag before they turn rock hard. You can use big marshmallows or minis, whatever you have!
The big 10 inch burrito size tortillas are what you need. They are sturdy and big enough to fit the fillings. Flour tortillas of course. But you can try it with whole wheat or some other alternative. They might tear or break though.
For the chocolate, it’s tradition to use hershey bars, but you can use what you have, what you like, and what your soul is telling you. A secret s’more obsession I’ve learned is Ghirardelli squares. This girl is a sucker for Ghirardelli chocolate. I love their core values, I love their chocolate, and I love their flavor pairings.
If you slap a couple of dark chocolate salted caramel squares in your crunchwrap, you might never be the same. Because using them in my s’mores had moved me and changed me.
I love dark chocolate, so imma always opt for a darker blend. But you do you, friend! Be happy. And remember, even the humble chocolate chip is banging with flavor, so use that if it’s what cha got.
