Lemon cobbler in the crock pot
This cobbler is sweet and tart and so easy to make. I mean, who has time to do a lot of baking, but we all know the slow cooker is dump and forget it. And we love that on a busy day or evening!
You’ll be craving this delectable treat time and time again. The texture of this dessert turns out so crumbly and moist. You’ll be saving it in your favorites.
Make it for a special get together with friends and family or any time. You can make it ahead and leave it at room temperature for the day. If you aren’t going to eat it right away, store it in an airtight container in the fridge.

How to make lemon cobbler
You can line your crock pot with some foil to prevent it from burning on the bottom if you’re worried about it.
Crock Pot Lemon Cobbler
This is a fantastic twist on fruit cobbler, using lemon, and the crock pot. All you do is put this in the crock pot and leave it to cook, and it comes out wonderful! If you love lemon dessert, this will be your new favorite! It's so easy to make, and everyone is sure to love it. Be sure to put this one in your favorites, and keep it handy because it's sure to be requested again and again!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 1 cup of Self-rising Flour
- 2 cups of Sugar
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of Lemon extract
- 1 can of Lemon Pie Filling - 20 -22 ounces
Instructions
Turn the Crock pot on High, and Pour in the lemon filling, 1 cup of the Sugar, lemon extract, Vanilla, and Sweetened Condensed Milk, and stir well to blend.
Place the lid on the crock pot.
In a separate bowl, place the Flour, and the other cup of sugar, and stir well to blend.
Melt the butter, and stir it into the flour and sugar, to form a crust.
Spoon the crust dough over the Lemon Filling in the Crock Pot, and smooth gently with a spoon.
Place the lid on, and leave it for about an hour on high, or until it bubbles, then turn on low and leave for 4 more hours.
After about 5 hours in the Crock Pot, Scoop out servings with a spoon, top with Vanilla Ice Cream, and a sprig of mint. Serve, and Enjoy!
