This lemon raspberry loaf is as bright and flavorful as it is beautiful. It makes me think of the perfect edible gift idea for your mom or grandmother. It’s literally so gorgeous and delicious too. When it comes to the ingredients list, it has wholesome ingredients that are readable, light, and healthy. With the tart but sweet lemon glaze dripping over the top, this bread couldn’t get much better!
This lemon raspberry bread is sweet and moist with a nice punch of lemony goodness and berry flavor. It’s a beautiful lemony loaf filled with ripe fresh raspberries. Make it soon!

Organic Grass-Fed Butter melted: I wouldn’t recommend substituting this, butter is one of the key ingredients. And do not worry about the fat amount, healthy, organic grass-fed butter is actually healthy and great for your awesome body.
Light Brown Sugar: It gives the bread just the right amount of sweetness without overdoing it. You can also substitute this with maple syrup or honey.
Eggs – You’ll need 2 large eggs for this recipe, which helps provide structure for the bread. Substitute this with flax egg (only if you’re okay with different results!)
Whole Wheat or All-Purpose Flour
Fresh Raspberries – You’re going to need about 1 cup of fresh raspberries. One package will work fine.
Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon – Use a zester to easily get the zest from the lemon.
Almond Milk – You can also use full-fat dairy milk, as per preference.
Baking Powder
For The Glaze: all combined together are going to make the most perfect Lemon Glaze ever!

Splash of Lemon Juice
How to Make Healthy Lemon Raspberry Bread
It’s a super easy recipe where you’re only going to need one bowl, loaf pan, and a spatula, nothing too crazy, right? Here’s how the recipe goes :
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- In a large bowl mix together your butter and sugar and stir until incorporated. Melt the butter before mixing it together with sugar.
- Add in lemon juice, lemon zest and eggs. Stir until combined.
- Slowly add in flour and baking powder. Mix slightly before adding in milk.
- Stir everything together until well combined. Some lumps are fine.
- Fold in fresh raspberries. Make sure to spread them out evenly.
- Spray a 9″x5″ loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter inside.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, cool in pan for about 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
- Mix together all glaze ingredients and once the bread is cooled, pour glaze over top and spread it out.

- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
