Healthy Strawberry Fruit Salad Recipe
Now, let’s get on to the recipe for this healthy strawberry fruit salad. You are going to LOVE the combination of tastes and textures!
Healthy Strawberry Fruit Salad
- 1 lb Strawberries
- 1 cup Cherries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Tendrils
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- Zest of 1 Lime
- Slice half of the strawberries in half and the other half of the strawberries in quarters.
- Place strawberries in a large bowl and add the cherries, raspberries and blueberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and lime zest until honey and lime juice are well-combined.
- Drizzle the honey-lime juice mixture over the fruit mixture and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle the pomegranate tendrils over the fruit salad.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
